Hospital Training Package

Our breech hospital training package includes:

Breech Pro Plus, a 15-hour online course (part of which must be completed prior to the hands-on training, the other part that can be completed after)
In-person simulation training with a Sophie and Her Mum simulator (choice of full-day or half-day sessions, depending on your scheduling needs)
Self-directed group activities given to attendees after the hands-on training for additional practice and learning
1 year of twice-monthly online Live Sessions and recordings for ongoing mentorship.
Grand Rounds (typically given a few months in advance to pique interest in the topic). We have several different GR lectures we can offer depending on what best fits your needs.
Live Video Analysis, offered to all participants plus any allied healthcare professionals (peds, NICU, anesthesia, L&D nurses, etc.).
Optional courses for L&D nurses, NICU/peds, or other special groups

The Grand Rounds and Live Video Analysis improve buy-in by offering information in an engaging way. It's also a very practical way to get the whole team on the same page and help dismantle common fears and myths through shared language, examples, and clinical discussion.

Put together, a sample training package could look like this:

Grand Rounds: usually given before the training
Day 1: Evening live video analysis (2 hrs)
Day 2: Breech training (16 per day)
Day 3: Breech training 2nd day (if more than 16 people want to train)
Day 4: Morning: L&D nurses session (includes a 4-5 hour online course to be completed prior) Afternoon: session for Peds/NICU/etc
Followup Grand Rounds after the training: Establishing a Collaborative Breech Service
